Wayne Skinner

Wayne Skinner is Senior Vice President of Fleet and Maintenance Services at Summit School Services. He joined the company in 2024 and leads over 600 team members responsible for the life cycle of more than 18,000 assets across approximately 175 locations. He also oversees Sourcing and Procurement.

Since joining Summit School Services, Wayne and his team have created real-time dashboards for vehicle availability and other KPIs, reduced excess and underutilized fleet assets, streamlined asset disposal and overseen the transition to a new fleet management system.

His previous roles include Vice President of Fleet Maintenance at Ozark Motor Lines and Managing Director of Vehicle and Ground Support Equipment Maintenance at FedEx Express.
