Carina Noble is Senior Vice President of Communications and External Affairs at Summit School Services, serving in a variety of leadership roles for nearly 25 years. She oversees strategic internal and external communications, marketing and government relations across all North American operations.
Carina serves as Chair of NSTA’s Government Relations Committee and as a member of its Board of Directors. She also served an eight-year term on NSTA’s Executive Committee, culminating in her role as President.
Carina holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Boston College. She received the National School Transportation Association’s Golden Merit Award in 2011 and its Hall of Fame Award in 2025.
