Steffany Cunningham is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, North America, at Summit School Services. She joined the company in 2019 and serves as chief legal adviser to the CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO and senior leadership.
Her work spans across commercial, operational, labor, regulatory, litigation, governance, data privacy, insurance, and risk matters.
Before joining Summit School Services, Steffany held legal roles at DirectBuy and The Walt Disney Company. She also worked at The Northern Trust Company.
She earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and her B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
